About Joseph
My journey in real estate began in 2003 when I bought my first home at just 20 years old. Back then, I didn’t know much about buying or owning a home, but that experience ignited my passion for real estate. Shortly after, I started renovating and flipping properties, which led me to earn my real estate license in 2007.
The 2008 market crash brought its challenges, but I found new opportunities by transitioning some of my flips into rental properties, which marked the start of my journey into real estate investing and property management. By 2012, I decided to leave my career as a crane operator in Illinois and move to Florida with my family to pursue real estate full-time.
In 2015, I started The Miranda Team to train and mentor agents, sharing my experience and teaching them how to succeed the right way. By 2019, I opened Miranda Executive Realty with the goal of creating a brokerage that offers agents everything they need to succeed while keeping more of their hard-earned money. I believe that by reducing fees and reinvesting in their growth, agents can achieve greater success in both their personal and professional lives.
In 2020, my wife Jennifer and I launched Trustwise Property Management to better serve my clients who invest in rental properties. Today, we manage properties for investors who trust our commitment to their success.
With years of experience as a Realtor, investor, and business owner, I’ve built a career around helping others achieve their goals—whether it’s buying, selling, or growing their real estate businesses. I’m proud to coach and guide agents, offering them the knowledge and tools they need to succeed legally, ethically, and morally.
When I’m not working, I’m a proud husband and father of three. My son serves in the U.S. Marines, and my two daughters excel academically in middle and high school. I believe that success isn’t just about business—it’s about balance, family, and building a stable, fulfilling life.
